Ideally, the admin or co-admin should be able to toggle record on and off for private or broadcast zone at any time. Participants would be notified that recording has started. The recording should include audio, video and messages and automatically be available to everyone who was present in the space. This would greatly help with conferences and meetings.
I did a retreat for my team in Topia over the weekend and I had to us OB Studio to record one of the presentations. It was unnecessarily clunky.
