Notification for Direct Messages

As more business people start to use the platform and work with us, some users are trusting that we're always paying attention to the Topia Messaging system.
It would be beneficial for a webhook to be added that allows a windows notification when you have a new DM.
Side note: It would be very valuable to have a 'Mark All As Read' option. It's been > 4 months and the blue dot on my mailbox will not disappear, even thought I don't see any unread messages in my list.

Additional side note: The blue dot doesn't stand out enough to get somebody's attention. When I'm trying to help a new user, if I have sent them a message, I'm always surprised how difficult it is to explain where the messages are. I wouldn't mind if there was annoying animation just to get some notice.
