The ability to expand any video tile was launched on Monday, November 21. Thanks for all of the feedback on this!

This. Topia is currently designed to accommodate breaking up into groups of 10. For one-on-one conversations there should be a function to either 1) Expand a single video chat without going into broadcast mode or 2) a dedicated "conversation" layout that expands all active video chats. Topia is great for navigating into a conversation but once that 1:1 conversation starts 95% of the screen is wasted space and it becomes a mediocre user experience compared to the alternatives.
